1. It is important to remember that the lights you purchase from DECO SHADES are not new lights.  In many cases they are over 100 years old and will show some signs of age.  It is therefore important to read the descriptions carefully as we do not provide refunds unless the goods you receive are manifestly different from the photos and descriptions on the website.
2. All items are registered and insured.
3. We are unable to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully.
4. In cases where goods are returned to us, it is important that you contact DECO SHADES at info@decoshades.com.au prior to returning the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days with the original packaging and in good condition. Any breakages will be deducted from the purchase price.
5. Shipping and handling is not refundable and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

LIGHTS SHOULD ALWAYS BE CHECKED AND INSTALLED BY A LICENCED AND REGISTERED ELECTRICIAN.
